Kareem Alazem founded Volt Hockey Management to redefine modern hockey advisory with a player-first, hands-on approach built on trust, exposure, and real connections. At just 21 years old, he has already built one of the most connected networks in the Mid-Atlantic, serving as a scout for the Madison Capitols (USHL) and co-founding DMV3’s. Kareem has earned the trust of coaches at over 30 NCAA Division I programs, every NESCAC school, and top junior and prep organizations, while also creating direct pathways for players through personalized portfolios, professional highlight videos, and constant communication.
